As it has already become clear, Friday is usually the day when we cook some tasty food in which we heartily enjoy and thus full (and happy) celebrate the end of the working week and start of the weekend.
This Friday tomato sauce was on the menu. We love to change ingredients every time, that’s why we wish for the next time to try this recipe. But on this occasion tomatoes were accompanied by the inevitable onions, seitan, green olives, mushrooms and ground peanuts. We mixed the brown rye flour, corn grits (polenta) and ground flax-seed, some water, baking soda, salt and olive oil and put our flat bread into the oven. Total preparation time – less than 1 hour, enjoyment – to the max! 🙂

🙂 Happy new year 🙂
