Sweet and a bit sour… just like life itself
Since we have bought our new blender, it has worked almost every day. Smoothies are its weekly duty because we carry our 0.7l shakers with us to work. The combinations are limitless, and most of them were a hit, but there have been a few misses as well. It is the learning curve.
This one we made in the summer, but haven’t got around posting it until now. Still, 2-3 months later, looking at these pictures, we can remember how soothing and refreshing it was.
Ingredients were as follows: 3 bananas, around 150 grams of frozen mixed berries, 1 carrot, few kale leaves, 1 peach, 2 tablespoons of soy protein, water.
35-60 seconds later, our launch for work is done. Funnily enough, it takes longer to prepare ingredients and wash the blender afterwards, than the blending process itself.
We found that smoothies are, for us, pretty much the perfect food for work. Easy to prepare and you can sip it through the day as you work. It’s a daily bomb full of vitamins, minerals and all that healthy goodness. Cheers!
